2021 marks an incredible 150 years since the establishment of The Royal Albert Hall and in celebration, The Royal Mint issued a brand new £5 coin. The Royal Albert Hall has since become one of the UK's most treasured and distinctive buildings and is one of the most famous music and concert venues in the world. Designed by Anne Desmet, this brand new coin features an instantly recognisable design in an ode to the distinctive building. The obverse features the fifth portrait of HM QEII by Jody Clark.
