Tributes to the Queen with her Best-Loved Bear, Paddington™

Following the devastating news of Queen Elizabeth II‘s passing (8th September), thousands have flocked to the capital to pay their respects.

Unsurprisingly, countless floral tributes have since lined the parks of London. Nestled among them, Paddington™ Bear toys and marmalade sandwiches have been left in tribute to the Queen’s love of this very British bear.

So many tributes have now been made that parks have consequently asked members of the public to only bring flowers. Harrods also reported increased sales for their Paddington soft toys.

Indeed, the world fondly remembers the touching moment Paddington Bear met Queen Elizabeth II.

The scene played out during the Platinum Party at the Palace when our beloved monarch and her furry friend enjoyed marmalade sandwiches.

But did you know this is not the first time Her Majesty and Paddington have come face to face?
